Q:How to run GetFlash?
A: GetFlash has no individual executable file, but seamlessly integrated with Microsoft Internet Explorer. When you open the Internet Explorer, GetFlash will run automatically.

Q:Why can't I find the Flash Toolbar and Flash Menu?
A:It could has the following reasons:
    The Flash Toolbar and Flash Menu is disabled
        You can enable them by check options in the options dialog or advanced of Internet
    Explorer Options.
        The web page is downloading
        Please wait till the web page is fully download.

Q:Why can't I find the saved flash in the embedded tree of Internet Explorer?
A:You can refresh the tree by the toolbar or menu of tree, and you can find it.

Q:How to find the embedded tree in Internet Explorer?
A:In toolbar of Internet Explorer, you can find the "GetFlash" button, you click the button, you will find the tree.

Q:Why can't I find the "GetFlash" button in toolbar of Internet Explorer?
A:You can click on the toolbar of Internet Explorer and select the customize menu, in the left list, you can find the "GetFlash", and add it to right list. When you close the customize toolbar dialog, you will find the "GetFlash" button.

Q:I click on the "GetFlash" button, but I can not find the tree?
A:If you can not find the tree, you must close all Internet Explorer and reopen Internet Explorer, you click the button and you will find the tree. If you can't still find the tree, please reboot your system.
